DeployClaws is the guided installer for OpenClaw. This page explains what connection and configuration information we may process, where it may be stored, whether telemetry is collected, and how to contact us about privacy questions.
Last updated: March 24, 2026
Information we process
We may process information you submit through the website or product, including account details, waitlist or product-update requests, support messages, and billing-related identifiers when those features are enabled.
When you use DeployClaws to install, reconfigure, or remove OpenClaw, the product scope can also include SSH target details and runtime configuration data such as hostnames, ports, SSH usernames, provider choices, model settings, gateway options, API endpoints, and any API keys or tokens you choose to enter.
How we use information
We use this information to operate the website and product, authenticate users, respond to support requests, manage waitlist or product communications, and complete billing or account workflows when those features are enabled.
Connection and configuration details are used only to help you review, apply, troubleshoot, reconfigure, or remove the OpenClaw setup you explicitly choose to manage.
Storage boundaries
Website and application records may be stored in SQLite, Postgres, or Cloudflare D1 depending on the deployment configuration used for this service.
Installer-related data may be stored on the local machine, in the target OpenClaw environment, or in both places depending on the flow you run. Our intent is to keep setup data local unless you explicitly send configuration to the selected host or service.
Telemetry and service providers
This policy does not currently describe DeployClaws as collecting product analytics or behavioral telemetry for its own sake. If that changes, this page should be updated before the new data flow is presented as part of the service.
Depending on which features are enabled, limited data may also be processed by infrastructure or service providers involved in authentication, hosting, databases, payments, email delivery, or the remote environment you choose to configure.
Your choices
You can contact us to request access, correction, export, or deletion of personal information we control, subject to applicable law and any security checks needed to confirm the request.
If you joined a waitlist or asked for product updates, you can also ask us to stop those communications.
